Holy MOLY!!!! That's really all I have to say.

I'm tired and my body is shaking.

Welcome to the P90X family. Check out my blog as I write about my experiences too. In the meantime, expect some soreness the first week. The good kind of sore, ya know? Get your meal plan in place, pace yourself for the workouts as you learn the moves - and then expect great results with great effort. P90X works!
